In this print we see a view of a city from the rooftop. In the foreground, two men standing on a balcony stare out at a city. A tall belltower emerges from the middle and leans to the right. In the background are smaller buildings and clouds fill the sky.

Two figures are walking along a wooded path in the foreground- one is a man with wings wearing robed garments and the other a younger man carrying a single large fish. There is a city shown in the middle distance through the trees and a pasture scene depicted on the right.

This drawing shows a city climbing a hill along the bank of a river. The background is mostly grey, with faint washes of blue around the top and bottom edge to indicate sky and water. The blocky brown, pink, blue, grey, green, and yellow buildings have flat, black roofs and some windows are lit. Little black boats are lined up on the shoreline, and one is offshore flying the French flag. On the right, the tower of a church rises out of the water.

The scene shows a group of buildings with white colored rooftops. Two buildings rise up in the foreground on the right and left. The right building has a red side with vertical lines hashed into it. The left building has two white triangles on its roof. In the middle ground is a smaller building with a green-domed tower rising up the middle of the composition. A small red figure stands on the white ground to the right of this tower. The background shows the large white rooftop of another building, with small dark rooflines of buildings visible behind it.
